How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If your card is lost or stolen, immediately sign in to your account at and verify that your Card Status is "OFF" for both POS (Point-of-Sale) and ATM transactions.  This prevents unauthorized use of your card.

If you find your card, you can resume using it by temporarily turning the Card Status "ON" as needed for transactions.

If you're unable to find your card, contact our Help Center, and our team will assist you with next steps.
